It really depends on whether you are okay to walk a longer distance to save some cash from paying a high price for parking. Furthermore, Paya Lebar can be quite crowded, especially during lunch or dinner time.
As a fellow driver myself, I would say that you should park at JTC carpark or Tanjong Katong Complex carpark during the weekdays peak hours. Although you will have to walk a slightly further distance, it would be better than spending half the time looking for parking lots in the malls.
However, if you are visiting Paya Lebar on a Saturday, I would say that SingPost Centre would be the cheapest option. The carpark at Singpost centre has a lot of parking lots so you need not worry that you will not find a parking space. While for Sunday, JTC carpark has FREE parking so it is the place to park on a Sunday compared to other carparks.
