Many of you may be familiar with Penny University as they have been around for a long time. Since 2012, they have been around East Coast Road but have since relocated. They are still serving coffee and halal brunch at their new location near Bugis!

Their newly opened cafe has a minimalistic design and is working hard to expand its menu. This new outlet has a larger space to cater for bigger groups and they even have alfresco dining. This is the perfect cafe to chill and have brunch with your friends during the weekends!
