Work on some bench presses or do deadlifts using the bars and weighted plates there. The available dumbbells and the side fingerboards can also be used for hanging exercises.

It's likely that you came upon Climb Central while eating or shopping. They presently have 4 locations in Singapore: i12 Katong, Novena, Funan Mall, and Kallang Wave Mall. They mostly focus on high walls, which are essentially the taller walls with longer pathways that cross over two floors and require a harness.

Depending on the outlet, there are several wall options. These include lead walls, boulders, timer auto belay walls, top rope, and auto belay. If any of them seem unfamiliar to you, realise that they are actually quite similar but have various rope anchoring mechanisms.

Origin Boulder, a boutique gym with atas facilities that will advance your climbing sessions, is another location that novice climbers should check out. Your personal items, such as computers and work-related shoe bags, can be stored in lockers and shoe shelves. At Origin Boulder, there are upscale shower rooms and shirts are supplied for you to wear while climbing so that chalk doesn't ruin your clothes.

Boulder Movement is beginner-friendly with a nice selection of routes to try out for individuals who have just started their bouldering career. There is a branch in the Marina District in Suntec City in addition to the one in the OUE tower, which is ideal for CBD employees. The walls around here are often more designed for horizontal motions and call for less dramatic leaping moves that might be scary to beginners.

Although the Suntec outlet features a 70° overhang wall that will take some serious Spider-Man skills, experienced climbers are still welcome here. Consider doing a lot of core exercises and campus manoeuvres or climbing without using your feet very much.
