Gelatolabo

Gelatolabo serves an array of homemade artisan gelato with distinctive exotic flavours, as well as waffles topped with small quantities of handcrafted gelato made of direct sourced natural fruits and ingredients, so they are typically rich and robust in taste.

Gelatolabo offers uncommon flavours like Kyoto Shiso and Yuzu Jelly. This Japanese herb-flavoured gelato boasts fresh earthy and zesty undertones, as well as sweet yuzu jelly pieces incorporated for a biting texture. Another unique flavour is the Sakura Smoke, Artichoke, and Pear Compote, which combines fruity with moderate nutty overtones, followed by a little smoky aftertaste.

Crispy, golden waffles are served beside towering heaps of soft serve. The soft serve is available in 6 different flavours: Summer Strawberries, Roasted Pistachio, Earl Grey Lavender, Madagascar Vanilla, Sea Salt Gula Melaka, Dark Chocolate. Serve with homemade toppings like toasted espresso marshmallows and handmade Japanese kinako if that isn't enough.

One of my personal favourites is the Dark Chocolate Ferrero Ice Cream Waffle. It is not too chocolatey, unlike other chocolate desserts, and has a subtle Ferrero taste. Additionally, it does not leave you thirsty or heaty after eating. The soft-serve ice cream's distinctive texture comes from the ground hazelnuts. The marshmallows are gently charred, which imparts the overall dessert with a smoky taste.

Other than the waffles and soft serve, there are tons of other desserts for you to select from. Check out more from their menu HERE.

Choose the Revelry Signature Burffle ($18), a novel burger-waffle combo that layers a beef patty and cheese between waffles to resemble a cheeseburger, or the waffle pizza with otak-otak, kai lan, and mozzarella.

For dessert, choose from the On Cloud Nine which features lemon curd, marshmallow, candy floss, and vanilla ice cream with waffles or the pineapple, passionfruit curd, granola, and coconut ice cream with Aloha. The waffle and ice cream combination had intriguing and enjoyable crunchy and gooey textures.
