1. Pancake Place by Royz et Vous

Pancake Place is Singapore's first halal premium pancake café with fusion dishes. This Muslim-owned restaurant delivers halal pancakes and aromatic coffee for the ideal breakfast fix. Pancake Place serves savoury and sweet pancakes. If you prefer something sweet, try their Black Forest Pancakes (S$18.90), which are so chocolatey, or if you prefer something savoury, try their Grilled Tiger Prawn Pancake (S$19.90), which has huge prawns accompanied by tater tots that are lightly doused with their Signature Cream Sauce and topped with wilted baby spinach.

For those who enjoy healthy living and eating, try their Salmon Royale (S$21.90). There are enormous pieces and slices of smoked salmon paired with a poached egg, arugula salad, and roasted vine tomatoes! Drizzled with their unique hollandaise sauce. Sounds healthy just by hearing the ingredients!

2. Flipper’s

One of the jiggliest pancakes in the area is served at Flipper's, a restaurant serving Japanese souffle pancakes. At Flipper's, anticipate fluffy, pillow-soft pancakes. Every mouthful of the pancakes, which were as light as a chiffon cloud and infused with a lovely hint of egginess from the Hinata eggs, was enhanced by the maple cream. Additionally, they have expanded to locations in Seoul, Hong Kong, Taipei, and New York. This well-known souffle pancake franchise from Japan has also made its way to Singapore. All of Flipper's pancakes are made using premium ingredients that are sourced from various parts of Japan and Europe.

Like many others, you get to choose pancakes from both the sweet or savoury options. Check Out the Full Flipper’s Menu HERE. Calling out to all matcha lovers! Flipper’s has Kiseki Pancake Matcha (S$19.80) or Kiseki Pancake Fresh Fruit (S$21.80) for those who prefer a fruitier choice.
But if you’re not exactly a fan of sweet pancakes, go for their Honey Chicken Souffle Pancake (S$22.80) where enormous chunks of crispy fried honey chicken are accompanied by scrambled eggs and salad!

3. Fluff Stack

Fluff Stack serves thick steaming stacks of pancakes coated in salted caramel sauce. Additionally, there are inventive taste combinations, such as the Strawberry Cheese Soufflé Pancake($12.80), which is a pancake covered with strawberry and cream cheese. Each souffle pancake at Fluff Stack is made to order from scratch, so they all had a perfect consistency and jiggliness didn't deflate soon, and stayed spongy even after being left out for a bit.

4. Wild Honey

Wild Honey is an all-day brunch cafe with cuisines from all over the globe. Each dish is named after where they came from. At Wild Honey, there are three different types of pancakes. The Belgian, The Canadian, and The Tahitian. The Belgian(S$22) compromise of coconut waffles along with coconut cream paired with fresh mangoes and blueberries. Sprinkled with toasted coconut flakes for that extra crunchiness and drizzled with maple syrup to balance that sweetness.

A hearty stack of buttermilk pancakes, The Canadian(S$26), is topped with candied bacon, hibiscus berry compote, and Canadian maple syrup. Whereas, a coconut-based pancake called the Tahitian(S$28) is served with fresh mangoes, passion fruit, yoghurt, and maple syrup.

5. Belle-Ville SG

Belle-Ville is another Japanese eatery that offers Japanese-styled pancakes. The pancake café, Belle-Ville, is well-known for its meringue made-to-order millefeuille (French for "thousand layers") pancakes, which are stacked from 2 to 8 layers high and served with handmade whipped Hokkaido cream.

Belle-Ville’s signature would be their classic Millefeuille Soufflé pancake(S$11.90 - S$14.40) depending on the number of pieces and the types of toppings you choose to add on. You can also go for the drink set option with a top-up of only S$3.50.
Between each layer of airy and soft pancakes is a spread of a thick and rich layer of meringue cream and fruits.
