They say when in Thailand, do as the Thais do so be sure to try out these 10 local street foods that you can only find exclusively and authentically at Thailand.

The restaurant Zaap Nua offers a delicious yum buffet with over 25 dishes, so salad isn't only a meal for people searching for greens. No need to start dieting tomorrow when you can eat healthy here.

The Famous Crab Omelette. Visited and loved by many celebrities, this street food stall is known by many. Catch the one and only Chef Jay Fai with her iconic goggles whipping out her cooking skills. The legendary Crab Omelette (฿1,000, SGD38.15~) and local favourite Drunken Noodles (฿500, SGD19.08~) are all sold here.

Surely, just looking at this huge bowl will satisfy your hunger. It's wonderful when shared, but if you really want to show how much you love chicken rice, try taking on an eating challenge. You can get the plate for free if you complete it in within an hour, but you'll have to eat it all by yourself.

Delicious braised geese is sold by Chua Jiab Nguan, and the recipe has been handed down through three generations. A little Braised Goose dish costs 200 (SGD7.67) at the stand, which offers small, medium, and large servings of its delicacies.

The creamy tom yum soup is topped with a hearty portion of eggs, pork balls, crispy pork belly, fresh prawns, squid, and lump crab flesh. To say there are long lines at this location is an understatement. Fortunately, if you make a reservation two months in advance, you can avoid all the lines.

Bangkok's version of our beloved cai fan (mixed rice) is found at the Lumphini Street Food Buffet ((฿40, SGD1.53~). Customers may also add steamed or fried rice for free at the huge street stand, which has around ten freshly prepared items on display at once. Popular Thai dishes like green curry and stir-fried beef are offered here. You can also order curries and soups if you're seeking sides to go with it.
