One of my favourite thing to eat at hawker centres is seafood, especially BBQ Stingray with sambal chilli. 31 Heng Heng BBQ is famous for their wide variety of BBQ seafood – Crabs, Prawns and Stingrays.

Just look at their Stingrays, it is very meaty, unlike other stalls that sell stingrays. The meat is very juicy and tender with a bit of char taste to it. They are very generous with their sambal chilli which goes very well with the dish.

This is my go-to dish when I am having dinner with my friends at a hawker centre. Many people have raved about Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette, commenting that they are the best Oyster Omelette stall at Newton Food Centre.

The Oyster Omelette is really crispy on the outside, but the inside is still soft and fluffy. The oysters they use are also really fresh and they are not stingy with it, so it definitely is worth your money. Of course, don’t forget about the chilli which goes really well with the dish.
